With more than 18 years public relations and corporate consulting experience, Elaine leads the technology and services division within Primary. She shares deep experience in all facets of public relations, including media events and press conferences; grassroots, community-based initiatives; stakeholder engagement and high-profile cause marketing and lead-generation campaigns.

Elaine is also certified in Digital Marketing at UTS and in Measurement & Evaluation by AMEC International and is a member of the Global Code Red Security Network.
