Annabelle Warren

Annabelle is the founder of Primary Communication and is renowned for her results in communication and change strategy – from marketing to mergers, community concerns to environmental positioning, and from workforce reductions to corporate reputation development.

Her advice guides organisations in the technology, telecommunications, energy, aviation, law, insurance, travel and government sectors.

Annabelle brings a unique blend of academic, corporate, international and community experience. She is a former National President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA), and led post-graduate and graduate communication programs for Charles Sturt University.

Chris Hall

Chris was the longest serving NSW State Government Chief of Staff and worked across the portfolios of Sport, Fair Trading, Police, Emergency Services, Western Sydney, Trade, Tourism and Major Events for almost six years.

He was also the Government Relations Director for NSW Minerals Council, Advisor to a Federal Member of Parliament and developed and managed NSW Liberal Party election campaigns.

Chris provides clients an advocacy service which includes government relations and political strategy and is also a Board member of Sports NSW.

Elaine Banoub

Elaine delivers metrics-driven integrated communication campaigns for clients across technology, industrial and government sectors.

With more than 18 years public relations and corporate consulting experience, Elaine leads the technology and services division within Primary. She shares deep experience in all facets of public relations, including media events and press conferences; grassroots, community-based initiatives; stakeholder engagement and high-profile cause marketing and lead-generation campaigns.

Elaine is also certified in Digital Marketing at UTS and in Measurement & Evaluation by AMEC International and is a member of the Global Code Red Security Network.

Melissa Johnson

Melissa delivers high impact communication and behavioural change programs for clients across the energy, industrial, technology and government sectors.

Anchoring many industrial clients into local communities and social responsibility programs, Melissa has designed award-winning youth behaviour, awareness and school engagement programs for safety and environmental imperatives.

Melissa is highly experienced in project management, stakeholder engagement, marketing communications and internal communication. She also shares extensive skills in measurement and evaluation, having completed AMEC international certification to ensure clients are at the forefront of analysing impacts and results.

Bernadette Kazzi

Bernadette shares exceptional experience in management, marketing, events and operations across the communication, hospitality, finance, manufacturing and retail sectors.

Working with Primary, Bernadette ensures all resources and systems are working to maximise consulting team operations. She oversees all areas of finance and ensures compliance with regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards and peak body codes.

With her project management and events industry experience, Bernadette also directly supports a range of important client event marketing programs.
Bernadette is a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (MICB).
