Annabelle has delivered Asia-wide B2B campaigns for blue-chip corporations, governments and community groups during a career which has communicated across 30 years of diverse extraordinary changes in media, community and relationship structures.
Her advice has guided organisations in the technology, telecommunications, energy, aviation, law, insurance, travel and government sectors. She founded Primary Communication and is renowned for delivery of remarkable results across the spectrum of communication and change strategy – from marketing to mergers, from community concerns to environmental positioning, and from work-force reductions to corporate reputation development.
Annabelle brings a unique blend of academic, corporate, international and community experience. She is a former National President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA), and also led post-graduate and graduate communication programs for Charles Sturt University.
Chris Hall Chief Executive Officer — BBus, MPRIA
Chris was the longest serving Chief of Staff in the State Government across the portfolios of Sport, Fair Trading, Police, Emergency Services, Western Sydney, Trade, Tourism and Major Events for almost six years. This experience means Chris can provide clients a unique perspective across all their strategic and operational communication needs. Chris is also able to provide an advocacy service, and will build the government relations and political strategy offering.
Over the past 17 years besides his work in the State Government Chris was the Government Relations Director for the NSW Minerals Council, had worked at Primary Communication where he worked mainly on industrial clients in the B2B space. He has also staffed for a Federal Member of Parliament and developed and managed campaigns for the NSW Liberal Party.
Outside of work Chris has a passion for sport, including the AFL’s GWS Giants, the NBL’s Sydney Kings and the Australian Wallabies, while keeping up to date with the happenings of the Australian Cricket team.
Jennifer Muir Chief Counsel — MCPACS, BComms, FPRIA
As one of Australia’s leading communication professionals, Jennifer shares decades of experience in media relations, government policy development, strategic community and stakeholder engagement, and high level advocacy.
In her role as Chief Counsel at Primary, Jennifer identifies and manages critical stakeholder and government relationship pathways for clients. She develops strategic communication campaigns and regularly provides counsel to industry peak bodies and NGO Boards on effective leadership, issues management and communication.
Her career in media, public relations, major events and political advocacy has afforded her deep knowledge and professional networks in public health (mental illness and alcohol, drugs), immigration, education, international aid and development, sustainability, energy generation, transport and infrastructure and technology.
Jennifer is the National President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and has been a member of the Mindframe industry Advisory committee since 2007.
